WHO IS BUDDHA?
I’m someone that everyone knows. Not like we literally met before, but I’m a familiar soul because I’m genuine. I'm goal-oriented and a natural problem solver so I strive for perfection while leaving space or creativity. I’m hella passionate and when I say something I mean that shit. I'm a thinker, but my views on the world are simple...man, woman and child are the holy trinity and I believe you’re only as divine as your intentions.
AS AN ENTREPRENEUR, HOW IS IT BEING THE MAN BEHIND YOUR BUSINESS?
It’s a journey. Every business has a lifespan...like it is its own person. In life, you go through shit and grow from your experiences. As an entrepreneur, it can get difficult, you can feel stuck and in need of guidance one day, then have it all figured out the next. This business shit taught me that you worth what you can prove and that success is only earned. It’s given me so much respect for anyone who decided to follow their dreams and stuck with it because it’s gonna be times where nobody is supporting you, and you have to realize nobody owes you support or recognition. This shit can get frustrating, but my business saved me from a lot of situations I’d put myself into that weren’t worthy of my energy. Knowing that you have dreams or visions you’re manifesting, will put your mind and heart into the right place to make it happen. And that’s what my business has been doing for me and will continue to do until my work is done and I’ve left behind a legacy.
WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OF CREATING BUDDHA STICKS?
Buddha sticks started with me just trying to find different ways to smoke weed when I was a jit. I couldn’t buy a gar, so I’d have to ask my plug or get someone to do it for me and I was tired of that shit, so I started making bongs and pipes that always stuck with me. So round the time I was a junior in high school, I made my first wooden pipe...it was like the prototype of Buddha Sticks and back then I didn’t have a name for it, but it was always in the cipher. The more my people made it seem like a worthy idea is what pushed me to make more and try different types of wood and finishes. I must’ve tried a 100 different builds before I found the look I’ve stuck with now. No lie...I probably gave away every stick I made until I settled on that look and from there just continued to improve the functionality of it. I say all that to say this...Buddha sticks were made to be a tool for smokers that want the most from their experience. I came up with the right way to finish your blunts.
DO YOU SEE YOURSELF EXTENDING YOUR BUSINESS INTO A STORE?
I like the idea of a store, but I’d rather just be a manufacturer. I want Buddha Sticks in every city, every store, on every block...in between the games and backwoods or right beside the papers or it’s own section by the glass pipes.

As of right now, they are available online exclusively at Shopbuddhasticks.com. I will be announcing a tour soon that will include pop up shops and events in more than 15 major cities across the U.S.!!
